"I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep."

"The property was nice, but staff looked very annoyed on evening/night shift if you went to ask a question. The rooms were nice and roomy, but there wasn't even a recliner or anything to sit in. The chair that was in there reminded me of a cloth covered school desk chair. So we either had to sit on the bed or in the rolling chair at the desk. We had an appt at 1pm the day prior to my husbands surgery and his surgery was cancelled by the doctor. I called the hotel and explained our situation and we were told we couldn't get a refund for that evening because the time was now after 2pm. I explained we didn't know this was going to be canceled and needed to head home. She just said this is what policy is. Also, we paid for parking ahead of time, but then when we looked at the website it said free parking. WTH. I asked about getting a special rate for being a pt and was told that we got a discount since we paid for parking. If it is free parking then where is the discount? We did like the location with shopping close by though.

"The rooms were very clean. My bed was comfortable however we were on the ground floor and the noise in the afternoon outside our window of dripping water was unbelievable. The breakfast was very satisfying however, when I asked for what my bill would be the silver haired man on dayshift at the front desk told me I couldn’t get it till my day was over with. I had only booked Wednesday leaving on Saturday. I don’t understand why he couldn’t pull it up for me."

Best part was it being connected to the underground subway and there was no charge to park."
