i have no experience with this hotel yet since can't check in on time i should becaause of unavailable room but still in your offer hotel lisy(can't make sense really make trouble yo me &family which have 2 kids).i'm realy super dissapointed with expedia which offer room that unavailable but take my money.when call the customer service it take about 45minutes and ending wikth nothing.No action taken to refund my money.Please take action as soon as possible.Really bad experiece with expedia i swear.Please improve your service to makesure no happen again in future.Lastly pplease refund my money ASAP.

Barely made it

Check in was prompt. No elevator here, all stairs! Rooms are obviously dated. Bed was hard and rather uncomfortable, pillow were too flat. Toilet was bare without amenities. Towels had stains on them. Will not return

Disgustingly worst stays

The room booked was Junior Suite, the room has no basic amenities provision such as dustbin, towel were not provided, no remote control for the TV and the air-conditioner. The toilet was disgustingly dirty, and we were fooled by the pictures advertised in Hotels Apps. Overall, it was a nightmare.

Not A Place to Stay for Hotel Guest

The room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. However, TV was working terribly with only 1 shaky channel. There was a phone in the room but it was not working either. No bottled mineral water but just a cup in the room for you to go out to the main corridor to get drinking water. At the start, I had to go down 3 floors to the counter staff to get an air-con remote control. There is no lift. The staff brought a master control and told us she can't give us a remote control because she only have 1 master control. In the middle of the night, around 4 pm, the air-con shut down on its own and I had to go 3 floors down again to ask the staff to come and check our air-con. Fortunately, it was able to restart. As you can guess, our sleep was disturbed. There's no security guard for your car if you are driving but there are car parking lots. Wifi was drifting in and out.

Cleanliness can be improved

Can’t be too choosy for this price. But cannot stand the water seepage from toilet ceiling which wet the unused torn towel. Better bring your own towel. Ants clawing on the room table. Heater not warm enough for showering...not suitable for family.

No tooth brush No mineral water, needs to bring cup to get water to drink from outside your hotel room. Water pressure is low & can’t show properly.

Great Location and Safe

Great Location to City. also short distance driving to Legoland. this hotel is next door to Police Station, and safe feeling to stay here but still johor is very safe place.. staff is friendly, parking space is okay. nearby food stall n restaurant. also got lots of shopping mall nearby. overall great location.

Convenient

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the huge showers. Cars were secured even in the open carparks. Need improvement on the towels and breakfast if any cos its difficult of us to find halal food ard the area.

A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY

The hotel was very clean and nice. It is near the Police Station and has Restaurants around the area. Worth the money!

Budget hotel, budget expectations.

overall, the hotel was OK given the fact it is a budget hotel. I was quite satisfied with almost everything. There were only three things that is lacking. 1. Only 1 room card. 2. Don't depend on the wifi in the room, couldn't connect most of the time. 3. soundproofing needs to improve.

Good budget hotel

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and comfortable. TV channels are poor with poor reception. Hair and body shampoos are stored in 500ml plastic drinking bottles instead of the soap dispensers in the showers. Water pressure is great with a big shower head. Air cond is working perfectly and quiet. One of the hotel receptionists was conversant in English but the other couldn't understand a thing.

NO SOAP SOLUTION IN THE BOTTLE

Will not come again

Aircon is just too cold. Cannot be adjusted left and right. Not flexible. Asked to check out late for 30 minutes and it is chargable. Half way through mid night, no electricity. Toilet paper given was half used by previous guests. No toiletries compared to other same priced hotels nearby. Have to ask 5 times for hairdryer before it is sent. Bad bad experience. WIll try other hotels nearby. This hotel should not be recommended by hotels.com

Modern and pleasent, a few technical problems.

We stayed at i-hotel for 4 nights. The staff and hotel itself was in great condition, looks brand new and stylish, the bed was comfy, room was clean and it was in a good location for us (close to legoland). The only issues we had were the wifi in the room had issues, only my partners phone was able to connect to it both of our laptops were not. Although the staff let me use the conference room wifi downstairs. Also the shower was amazing but there was some electrical fault and the hot water kept short circuiting and switching off so it was cold a few times.

Good location, nice hotel

The good thing is this hotel quite close to Legoland. It took you RM 25 to go to Legoland. The hotel staff allowed us to keep our luggage while we were away to Legoland then cameback to pick the luggage back to Singapore.
