"From someone who stays in hotels a lot with my job I have to say this hotel has it all, the staff can not do enough for you from the lovely reception staff who held our luggage and placed medical stents in the office so we didn’t have to carry them around, to Lewis on the bar, all super efficient and friendly. Room clean and lovely with a great view of the city."

"Hotel was ideally placed for access to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. Shower is great. Sports Bar downstairs was lively, but not intrusive. Food was lovely, however, staff were a bit slow."

"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again"
