"Clean room and bathroom, cold air in room was so nice, the smell in the lobby was so good. Only complaint is the trash cans at door were overflowing and the cleanliness of the elevator lobby on our floor lacked."

"This was overpriced for what was offered. Beds were horrible, so uncomfortable. Staff was ok but not the most helpful. No amenities, no pool, no breakfast, etc but the price was ridiculous. I left a book there by mistake and when called to see if they could send there, they were going to charge me to send. With the amount we payed I would think the would be more accommodating. "

"Always our favorite place stay when in Carbondale area. Staff is always amazing, remodel looks awesome, rooms are comfortable and breakfast was the best."
