"I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times and was always comfortable with the firmness of the mattress and cleanliness of the room but this time the mattress was way too soft for me and things weren’t as clean and fresh as they usually were. I think the room may have been in the process of renovation because there was paint on the floor and labels in the shower drain and the tub wasn’t entirely clean. Evidence of a prior guest remained.
