"Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. It’s Dothan, yes, it’s a 2 star hotel, yes, but basic bare minimum cleanliness & function was completely lacking. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & gave us 3 different names for a managers number to call, no one would ever answer."

Everytime I have stayed here one thing or another is out of service....the laundry was out last time the time before that it was the gym and this time the elevator. The staff at check in was wonderful however the staff at departure rude."
