"I was in a 2-queen-bed room with a small window facing the atrium with a skylight (nothing special). The beds and beddings were comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious and with high ceiling. The wall pictures were stunning and because it was an inner bedroom, it was quiet. The only negative I find is about the small window. I was hoping to be able to open it to let some natural light in but because it had blinds (flimsy 1-in slats) behind the light-blocking drapery instead of privacy curtains and because the room is across a walkway for the other rooms, I had to keep the drapery closed. The size of the room and it's decor made up for the con and, still... a privacy curtain would have made me 100% happy."

"I absolutely loved staying here! It was our first time to Boston and we went to the TD Garden literally right next-door. Everything down to the check-in and the amenities were great. My only complaint is that you have to turn on your lights with a remote control and that was a little tricky at times because we sometimes just wanted the bathroom light on, but it would turn everything else on. Or maybe they just needed to provide us with better instructions. Otherwise everything was great. The location is amazing and right across the street from a couple bars and restaurants and downstairs also has a food court essentially with all kinds of different foods. There are shuttles that take you to Salem, Massachusetts, which is amazing and free! It’s also connected to the train system. I overall really enjoyed my stay."

"Juan the Porter was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and prompt! The location is amazing! Close to everything! The front desk help was cold and indifferent. We didn’t have any toilet paper in our room and when I told the front desk she just looked at me like I was crazy and never said anything. The room had a tremendously loud sound during the night that we think came from the furnace. It stopped after a long time. The room was old and tired. We weren’t able to use the refrigerator. The outside balcony door was difficult to lock/unlock. The 2 was missing from our room number of 214. Not very impressed."

"The hotel was in a safe neighborhood of the North End. Short walk to the touristy spots of Boston. Wonderful staff. Valet parking was pricey but that's Boston for you. Hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating by taking our bags while we visited the sites and our room was getting ready."
