She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. "I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but I heard from another guest that it was delicious. I did feel safe and environment was very clean. The staff greeted us with a simile very personal & friendly. I had an excellent stay again I will chose the hotel again for the Spring Fling and I will be coming back."

"The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. ."
