"I stayed here recently for one night to get a break away from home. The young lady Nelly at the front desk was a very pleasant professional person. It was late at night, but she got me taken care of on a very nice room right away that I had access to the front desk and the back of my room had a second access to the breakfast area that was really nice! Then Martha, the lady in the kitchen area with a great smile very pleasant person helped to make my morning bright. Then upon checkout, the lady at the front desk who I call smiling Hailey was a very wonderful person getting me checked out pretty fast and wishing me a great day. This was a very pleasurable experience. My room was very clean and my bed was very comfortable. The experience was great for me and I would stay here again. And it’s just right off of 694 which makes it totally amazing. And also, it has the lifetime gym just up the road and plenty Great selections of food places in the area to eat. Thanks guys for a very pleasant comfortable amazing experience!"

"The property was fantastic and we were given a really awesome king suite. However, we had a tough check-in experience, where the doors were locked after midnight and we arrived after a concert and had to ring the doorbell three times and knock on the glass doors before someone in the lobby came to let us in, then took over 15 minutes to check us in. The walls apparently are also quite thin, as we could hear noise from other guests in neighboring rooms all night long. Would consider staying here again since the property was really nice but was disappointed by the customer service experience here this time."

"We were thankful being able to check in early, the pool and hot tub temperatures were both on the cooler side so my girls didn’t enjoy the pool which was a main factor in why we booked. The first night we ordered food from the bar which was surprisingly good, we skipped out on the breakfast buffet because of the cost. There must have been hockey families with very rowdy boys and thankfully after one phone call to the front desk complaining about running and screaming it was taken care of."
