From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking—waking up to the beauty of the ocean in Maceió was unforgettable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and common areas, which were clean, relaxing, and well organized. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local specialties that made the experience even more special. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maceió and I would absolutely return without hesitation."

"Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom e variados. Funcionarios que atendem no Café da manhã muito eficientes e simpáticos. Na recepção, infelizmente, uma única funcionaria não pode atender todos com a presteza necessária. O próprio ambiente da recepção é muito apertado e um tanto confuso. Não parece um Mercure......O estacionamento é decepcionante. Pouquíssimas vagas e o unico manobrista tem que buscar os carros em outro local. Isso com o custo de 30 reais por dia....."
