"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room and bathroom were clean overall, which I appreciated. However, the bath towels were not in good condition—two of them had visible stains. I took photos and brought this to the attention of the front desk when I checked out, but unfortunately, my concern was not addressed."

"Moe remembered me from a year ago! I rebooked this property because I had such a great experience when I stayed here for Mary Kay Career Conference. The rooms are very clean, and there are a variety of breakfast options. All of the staff is friendly, and professional."

"Coffee was weak (light brown water), when I pointed it out I was met with combative remarks. Only on the weekend was the coffee made correctly (darker brown). Half-n-half was non-existent during the week, only put out on the weekend. Workout room was clean but only one towel all week, again weekend was fully stocked. Pool was out of order. As a World of Hyatt member I know the potential of this brand, this property needs improvement. "
