"Very clean and tastefully decorated lobby. I was welcomed immediately and my reservation was professional processed. The water was not working properly in the bathroom. When I brought it to hotel's attention I was immediately given another room and the maid, Bicki, helped me move my luggage. The food from the restaurant was acceptable. I ordered it from inside the restaurant and they brought it to my room very quickly. The professional efforts of all the staff here makes up for the noisy street. "

"We stayed here for one night because we had an early flight the next day. We dropped off our rental and chose to walk over to the hotel (across a pedestrian bridge). Check-in was easy and we set up airport transportation for the morning (they also offered a wake up call but we declined). Room was clean, AC was refreshing. We walked to one of the restaurants that is close by for dinner. Only thing I personally did not like was that there was a very strong fragrance being pumped in as we walked in and our room also had a strong smell - these were NOT odors, they were definitely some type of scented air freshener. I just am sensitive to fragrances. Luckily, in our room, once we had the AC going it wasn't noticeable anymore. This is just a personal preference of mine and wouldn't deter me from staying there again."
