"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfacher Erreichbarkeit von wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service nach dem Checkout: Wir durften vor unserer Abreise zum Flughafen nochmals duschen und bekamen frische Handtücher – ein Detail, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"atendeu minhas expectativas, tivemos um pequeno acidente com um móvel do quarto que estava mal instalado e nos cobraram um valor extra, mesmo sendo algo que não tinha sido nossa culpa. fora isso a pousada é ótima de frente com a lagoa "

"Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa"

"Loved everything! Host allowed us to wash clothes, beautiful antique accomodations, fully stocked kitchen for guest use. Loved host arranged Ubers since my phone Location Services could not be turned on, which is necessary for apps."

"It’s easy for tourists to walk at night around these areas by myself. The residents have to stop using kitchens and living room after 11pm, but we can go out. Kinda comfortable place."
