Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Hotel sensacional
Hotel sensacional em todos os sentidos. Super confortável, bem localizado, serviço 6 estrelas. Somente o atendimento nos restaurantes que é um pouco devagar e a comida veio um pouco fria. Cafe da manha com muitas opções. Todos os quartos com vista pro mar o qhmue faz toda a diferença. O treinamento dos funcionários está de parabéns! Todos muito atenciosos e nos fizeram nos sentir em casa, principalmente o Henrique que cuidou de nós desde a chegada no taxi ate a hora de ir embora, fazendo mais que o possível pra deixar minha mãe confortável com cadeira de rodas pra subir até a piscina. Agradecimento também especial ao Guilherme da recepção e o Diego garçom que foram sensacionais junto com o Henrique (que cuida das bagagens mas cuidou da gente super bem também).

Hospedagem excelente, ótima localização e conforto
Experiência excelente! Todos estão sempre a postos para lhe auxiliar. O quarto é muito confortável, tudo de altíssima qualidade. O criado mudo ao lado da cama é de pau brasil! achei fantástico. Alguns mimos durante a hospedagem são deixados no quarto, que já nos aguarda climatizado. A piscina é climatizada na temperatura ideal. Enfim, tudo vale muito a pena!
