"Highly Recommended! Excellent Service and Hospitality We had a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mia, who made our experience extra special! She helped book all our activities, provided clear itineraries to follow, maintained excellent communication, and checked in on us throughout the day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made exploring Zhangjiajie completely stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring. The outstanding hospitality and personalized service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional, personalized service!"

"Unreal hotel, we paid for airport pick up and they were on time and car was nice. They did shuttles to the west gate of national park which was super helpful as nonscheduled just as and when you ask We had breakfast and lunch in hotel it was lovely Heated infinity pool which was unreal Room was beautiful it was like log cabin but so so spacious They had activities on too, we spent an hour with a tea master having tea & did the shortbread biscuit making just to have a little rest and it just felt so special. Really recommend here, 10/15 min shuttle to west gate too and they help sort tickets when you’re there! Compliments to rain and his staff! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The staff at the hotel Chelsey and Robert provided excellent service booking our tickets easily, providing an excellent explanation of the park and areas to visit as well as ordering dinner for when we return and providing shuttles when we needed it to and from the park. The hotel also offers free self service laundry which was really easy to use. We would stay here again."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"

"Location is 6 mins walk from the middle gate of the Forrest Park entrance and about 20 mins DiDi ride to Walingyuen or Xibu Old Street. Staff super helpful. Gave us great suggestions on places to visit and also sold tickets to attractions. Breakfast buffet was fine..mix of Chinese and Western foods. You can also order bowls of noodles 🍜 which comes in spicy soup. We didn’t use the pool at all because of the weather. We went late September and we were ‘in the cloud’ most mornings on the 6 nights we stayed. We had one of the 2 bed suites with terrace and the rooms were large and clean. Came with a clothes washer and drying rack. We didn’t use the terrace at all because there was a fence around parts of it which you can’t see through and there were large bits of plastic (like bin lids) strewn around. There are tables outside the lobby facing the fields across the road which are good to sit at which we did use. There were restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. We ate at the one next door upstairs which was very good, and a nice little open air coffee, drinks bar called Pastoral Station which lit a Bon fire and had a singer every night. There is also a small convenience shop next to the hotel which opens til 10pm."
