There was one bell boy who was very helpful and all the food staff for breakfast were amazing. 10/10. The front desk women were not great. One I asked recommendations for bars in the area and she said “no”. Come to find out that next door there were at least 6 bars… The room was awful. It didn’t match the photos, black mold by the AC. No hot water. Windows that had no insulation and sounded exactly like the loud street downstairs. Would not go back. On the way out a taxi driver came inside and harassed us to cancel our DD. Unbelievable that they allow this

Nothing. I think they charged me for a room that was lower rank than the one I reserved. Also, because I am allergic to cigarettes and don’t smoke, I was put in a smoking room. Not good for my health and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise
