"Spacious room in a good location. Unfortunately neither the wifi nor internet were functional in our room. I did ask at reception twice over two days, got a lot of different excuses why it didn't work, including next door might have turned the modem off, and what did you expect for free? But for >$500/night you should expect a proper internet connection I think. Still wasn't functional on day 3. Interestingly it worked perfectly in the bar and restaurant area all the time?"

"We arrived late on a Wed, key was avail for collection in box with pin, easy to get into our room. Room was small but clean and functional. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle, small toilet with shower, TV, window with blockout curtains, heater, addl blanket (did not need it), 1 x chair. There was no glasses, caps, plates or cuttlery; however all that was available in the common kitchen to get into the room (easy!). We slept well, got great hot showers (water pressure is great, and water was hot!). The Yuki is just a short walk down the hill to the shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, etc. Also, we caught the bus to/from Perisher from the Snowy Mtns Visitor Centre, short walk from the Yuki, and when returning the bus leaves you right behind the Yuki street. It was great to have free parking to leave our car there safe. We cannot fault the Yuki at all !!! Only suggestion si to add a small table to the room, perhaps a foldable table and foldable chair, instead of the large chair provided. We had to use the garbage bin upsidedown as a table to put our cups while drinking a coffee. We'll stay there again !! Thanks Yuki !!!"

"The accommodation was of a very high standard. The staff weee incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. The common areas were welcoming and we spent a lovely afternoon lounging in the comfy chairs reading and absorbing the beautiful views. Breakfast was a real treat as was afternoon tea. We definitely recommend this accommodation."

"A couple of minor items. Patio sliding doors do not align at both ends with the fixed frame. Causes a bit more noise and draft. Bathroom fan takes a long time to clear. "
