Overall hotel pin is the most relaxed hotel that I really enjoyed my trip to Yilan Jiaoxi. Enjoyed the hot spring very much. Inside the room itself also have own privacy on the hot spring of my own. My kids enjoyed the free games facilities and library area with free making of beads. The breakfast is international buffet stuff so really love the ambience and the super cooling weather. Also love the nearby walking distance to good food and hot drink as well as buying native food

Overall ok and booked based on the high rating given in the Expedia. Room size is small is narrow walk way and for the price paid i can have choose other hotel. Staying in the Block 2, raining and there is no shelter walkway, it is super inconvenience for familirs.

Great choice of onsen hotel in Jiaosi
This hotel has some measures to secure cleaness of the place and worry-free guests based on body temperature. Guests are also required to wear masks when touring the breakfast buffet. This is greatest of the stay, especially during the pandemic. Yet, the auto check-in is actually is not necessary as it's done by the receptionists. Lastly, the room is tidy and clean and guests have easy access to sparking water too.

雖然說隔音稍微差了點，但是整體住宿的感覺很不錯。一樓ADD的餐點也不錯！對面就是一間全家，走路可到礁溪車站。

Nice new hotel
The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it is within walking distance to the train station and all the shops and restaurants. The room is very comfortable. I particularly like the hotspring in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience!

Worth staying here
It's a really nice place to stay with a hot spring pool. The only minor thing was the staff at the restaurant. It was a very strange experience. We wanted to get a flight of beer and the bartender asked us if we really wanted to spend the money. As it turned out we did but she only filled the glasses half way. The second thing was we arrived a few minutes early for breakfast and the hostess said we're not open yet which we knew since we were a few minutes early. The last thing is the woman picking up the used dishes from our table as well as others would collect them almost immediately after being finished with them. It felt a little rushed. Otherwise, I would say it's definitely worth staying here but hopefully the restaurant trains its staff in the future.

温泉も部屋についており、各フロアに炭酸水が無料で提供される場所もあり非常に良い。軽食（昼、晩）も無料であり、非常にリーズナブル。ただ部屋に歯ブラシやスリッパが無かったことが残念。

服務好，遊樂設施很適合大孩子，閣樓房的小天地小空間設計得很好，迎賓餐點的豆花很美味，若是叫外送來吃，飯店還很大方地開放大廳空間的沙發區可使用，整體感受很好。

一間整齊乾淨環保的好酒店，唯一不足是房間細小了一點、衣架太細。溫泉浴缸很舒服。停車位足夠、附近很多食肆，早餐非常豐富。

半調子的設計旅宿，空有表面實則處處看得到裝潢施工粗糙的地方，水管蓋都脫落 隔音不良，整晚聽到隔壁房的電視聲及走廊的聲響 床墊及枕頭偏硬，不太舒適 有星級飯店的收費卻沒有相對的體驗
