"We booked two rooms for one night for a business trip. The check in was problematic as the staff did not find it from system. The second issue was the missing visa. It took a lot of time to explain that travelling from Finland to China requires no Visa. As it was late, we where delighted about the possibility for western food in the restaurant. The help we received from booking into the hotel, trying to get a bus the next day and assistance in the club lounge by all staff including Edith was world class. We could not fault anything at all.
