Fiona helped me to navigate through the complex process of reterieving a lost item through the Didi app as a local phone number was required. We managed to get back our jacket. "Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!"

The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints. I suggest you number each button from 1 to 8 or 9, indicate what each button is for, laminate it and stick it on the wall or bedside table. "
