"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. The rooms, divine. The food, outstanding. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We can't wait to return!"

"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."

"Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion...

"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was central but that's where the good ended. The sheets and room could have been much cleaner. And there weren't photos of the washroom to know beforehand that the shower was literally in the room and the toilet was essentially a stall. Overall you get what you pay for "

"20 mins walk to the city centre..The area where this is located is so run down and this building is one of the few which is not boarded off ,but there is a Holidayinn just opposite. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was not much noise even with close proximity to the main road..The bathroom was not as clean with @#£/ stains on the wall and my bad luck decided to take the toilet brush to clean the toilet.
