"Hampton by Hilton, Belfast. Lovely hotel, central to all amenities, the room was clean and had everything we needed; iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The mirror in the bathroom didn’t steam up and it was spacious. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was lovely and always replenished there was also a vegetarian option which I rarely find in hotels. We arrived super early but they held our bags until we checked in at 3pm...

"For the price of this hotel and for it being 4 stars I expected a much more modern hotel room. It was very outdated and not what we expected, so disappointed and likely wouldn’t stay again."

"Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff. We were woken by screams one of the nights and the staff patrolled the corridors to check everyone was alright which I thought was reassuring. Great location and super close to two reasonably priced car parks. "

"We were impressed with the Holiday Inn, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to friendly helpful staff and very convenient location. There was very good choice of food at breakfast and we greatly enjoyed a roast beef lunch when we arrived on a cold and windy day."

"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion...

"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."
