Hotel Dekat Jet Simulation LTD

"Worst hotel/motel experience of my adult life, and I travel a lot. The room smelled of human body odour and the walls were absolutely paper thin. I ended up leaving after one hour and paying not much more for a nice B&B 5 miles away."

"Very much liked the room and the staff were courteous and helpful"

"Very clean. Host was excellent."

"Great pub a couple of door down. Very convenient with good food."

"It was everything we expected and more. Wonderful time in Romsey."

"Well located at the beginning of that part of Oxford St. which is closed to vehicles and the location of a number of restaurants and pubs, most of which have both indoor and outdoor seating, including the White Star Tavern. Vehicle access is available right to side of the hotel. We arrived the afternoon of Halloween and all the staff were dressed in costume, which my wife and I thought was a nice touch. "Very fancy, beautifully decorated, and unique hotel. Excellent service, and staff were very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay for post or pre cruise as location is near the harbour. Due to allergies or lung conditions, I would suggest thé elimination of scented diffusers as they were quite overwhelming."

"Superb stay in a beautiful room withing a preserved dockside building. Great food at both dinner and breakfast. All the staff from Penny on the front desk to the restaurant staff and Ben at breakfast were eager to make our stay a joy."

"Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. The beds are so comfortable we had no problem taking naps! Definitely will stay here again in the near future. Food & cleanliness top notch & the location is breathtaking."

"The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night."

"Good stay, room was nice and the sea view was lovely at sunset. £20 to park for one night and £5 room service delivery charge was a shame. Unsure where it was coming from (sounded nearby) but from 4:30pm - 2:30am there was thumping music. Staff were lovely, bar area is nicely done."

"For value, this is easily the best hotel in Southampton. Clean and well maintained rooms, great buffet breakfast, swimming pool, and helpful staff."

"Staff made the experience - they were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Having the garden gate opening directly onto the New Forest was a huge bonus, especially as we were travelling with our dog."

"Easy walking distance from train station. Also easy walking distance to port. Ideal for cruisers who would like to arrive the day prior to their departure."
