3泊する予定だったが戦争が始まってしまったためステイできなかった。non-refundableだったので返金しないというのは理解できるが、エルサレムという場所的に当時は全くロケット弾の影響もなかったのだから戦争という稀にしか起こらない自体に対し少し交渉できれば嬉しかった。 戦争による設備の被害、人的被害がないことを切に願います。

Great location not far from old Jerusalem and restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable and clean. I won’t rate the breakfast because we got there close to the end of breakfast and it was cold. The staff wasn’t the friendliest but we were there to sleep and shower in between touring the city. I would only stay again for the location.

Small but clean, friendly and great location
We stayed over a weekend in a private room. The room was tiny - almost all filled with the bed. However there is no reason to stay in the room, the are nice indoor and outdoor lounge areas and the location in the heart of downtown in excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and a nice breakfast spread (although not as grand as in hotels). would definitely stay again

Charged Twice for the Same Booking
I was charged twice for the same reservation. Once online and again in person at the hotel. I have called 5 times and it has been over a week and I still have neither received my refund nor a confirmation that it will be processed.

Much better than expected and staff were also very friendly and helpful. Really liked the common room/kitchen area aspect even I never used the kitchen. Definitely my choice if I return to Israel one day!!!

Well situated 10mins walk from Jaffa gate entrance to old city and also Machaneh Yehudah market. Although we had a private room it’s a hostel so laundry and Kitchen facilities are available with free coffee/tea etc. There is a nice sun terrace. The room was very small but clean. There is no safe in the room.

I would be very cautious with this hotel and recommend against paying up front. I was overcharge as they did not honour the discount code they advertised on social media. After bringing this to the attention of management, they agreed to a refund. Since leaving the hotel, they have refused to honour their word and process the payment. I've undertaken extensive travel but never been lied to in this way.

HiAlthough the guest was not entitled to the discount which was published as a promotion for direct on-line reservations, he demanded it, even showing him the publication directed the public to the way that the discount is to be granted in the home-site did not help. To be nice and accommodating in this case of "misunderstanding" of the guest as if the publication was unclear we granted some symbolic discount to be considering. This was made as a refund executed. To the guest after receiving a discount not due to him also wrote this review was disappointing.

probably the tiniest room on Earth
The pros: excellent location, but quiet, has a nice patio, clean. The staff was super busy, but friendly The cons: this is the smallest room I have stayed at in my entire life. I had a regular size double room, but there was barely any space to move around. I had to put my suitcase on a shelf, because there is no way I would be able to open it on the floor - there was simply no room for that. Note that I was there by myself and had only a small suitcase for a one-day trip, and it was still super tiny. Cannot even imagine how couples traveling from abroad manage to fit there. The bathroom was also airplane-size tiny.

Staff allowed for early storage of luggage (early check in - room not yet ready). Made day much smoother. Assisted with transportation - saved money on return to airport. Bummed we didn’t get prepaid breakfast (kitchen closed, no time to redeem voucher). Kids favorite room - both got top bunk!

We liked it!
The location was exactly what we looked for - just in the middle between the old city and Machne Yehuda market. The room is small but if all you need is a place to sleep - it’s ok :) The design is super hip and the place looks very clean and new.

The location is great. The rooms were cool to have individual privacy curtains, cordless charging stations in the bunks with a usb outlet, comfy sheets and comforter, two separate rooms for the shower and toilet, and even a mini balcony to step out for whatever. The rooftop terrace is amazing, and the common room and kitchen are really nice. And I especially liked that laundry was free except for the detergent pods, those could be bought at the front desk pretty cheap...and unfortunately laundry can’t be done after 11pm. It would be great if the laundry machines could be placed where it doesn’t affect some of the guest rooms so it doesn’t get too crowded during the day to try and do laundry.

They could have more shelf space and a small stool or something to sit on the room, if you have an upper bunk, there is no other space to sit but on the top with your head bend because of ceiling, other than that, and the lack of shelves and hooks (for towels) the place was perfect.

Despite a booking in 6-bed Dorm, I was put to stay in 8-bed dorm in Room 209, bed 8. Against payment of 4200 for 3 nights añd 1400 for 1 night - I'm given tax invoice of 170 NIS (3400 Rs) and 59 NIS (1200 Rs.) Can you please manage to email me invoice for full payment amount?
