Really dirty, bathroom full of mould and flooded due to blocked drain the first night. The room looked nothing like the photos on expedia. Stairways to room are really dirty full of discarded rubbish, smells and strangers.

Great central location in Jerusalem

My original reservation was for a single room. But it didn’t mental walk-up, 3 flights up, actually 4 flights of stairs to walk up from the lobby! I told them I couldn’t do steps and I quickly upgraded after the first night. The next room was also 6 steps down from the main 6th floor level. The room was fine for me. The a/c control left the room either to warm or too cold. The shower had black mold around it. Otherwise the location was perfect and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Only if you're into a dangerous workout

When we arrived at the hotel we were really excited seeing the nice lobby. BUT THEN... we were told that our room is in a different building we had to CLIMB UP THREE FLIGHTS of stairs to enter a decent room. The room was okay, ceiling in the shower was 5"11' (180 cm). Overall it was clean but the balcony was very dusty, windows were thin (unfortunate for a super busy street). Very low score since it doesn't say anywhere that the ROOM IS IN A DERELICT APARTMENT BUILDING 3RD FLOOR & NO ELEVATOR.
