Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

Room was cozy. A little noisy if you on the street side - but it is right near Broadway so to be expected. If you want to see lots of broad shows this is a place for you.
