"The room needs to be clean better and fixed up. The toliet seat was cracked"

"Breakfast was the same every day, the kitchen ladies are not too friendly. We had no hot water the first two days we were there, no housekeeping or room service , I was told they clean the rooms every 7days. I spent a lot of money and don’t recommend this place I won’t be staying again. Also the first night we were there some drunk guy was running his mouth and playing loud music on his speaker and telling obscenities out of his window and the hotel staff did nothing about it. "

"This is the go to place for me whenever I need to travel to Anaheim or Orange County.The rooms are always quiet and the beds are super comfortable. One of the biggest reasons I have for staying here however is the athletic facility which is the best I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The free weights and machines rival any gym!"

"We have stayed at several Great Wolf locations including this one in Anaheim. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed this trip. Check in took well over an hour after a 10 hour travel day. We stayed 9 nights and not once was our room cleaned even though we made requests. We just started putting our full garbage bags in the hallway to be picked up and then they would put new bags in our room (along with rolls of toilet paper) by the sink for us to change on our own. It was also spring break and incredibly busy. Maybe there were staffing shortages. I don’t know. But I don’t think we would choose to stay at this location for longer than a weekend again. "

"The room was excellent. It was so clean and I loved how that it smelled good and not like a cheap motel room would definitely recommend this hotel if your in the area or vacationing to Disneyland "

"This was a second time at this hotel. The experience was just as pleasant as the first stay; The Hotel staff is personable and helpful. The room is spacious with the added benefits of a kitchen. "
