"This property is nicely located and is reasonably clean. While there have been some recent updates, the hotel is showing its age and is need of a more extensive renovation. Furniture in the rooms were beat up. Both drains (bathroom sink & kitchenette sink) were completely clogged. I reported the maintenance issue to staff on the first day of my visit. "I will definitely be staying here again. We have two small children and usually stay in Airbnb’s but I have found that with all the fees, it has been getting expensive and has lacked consistency. "The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! "coffee machine was bad. tasted burnt. food looked good didnt try. staff was kind. parking was fine. even got offered to buy boots from another guest. took 5 days to get my desposit back. the hall on or floor smelled like Indian food. we were next to elevator which was noisey. i got what i paid for. a cheap room in a nice town. We really appreciated the organizational items provided. We used most facilities and all were wonderful! We especially appreciated the large common areas and easy pool access.
