"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and fast, and any complaints were handled quickly. We had paid extra for an ocean view from the balcony and the room and the room was on the second floor, which did not give us an ocean view from the balcony. It was only a partial ocean view. When I brought it to the staff attention. They moved us to the third floor and the room had a beautiful view from it. The breakfast was wonderful. They had pancakes and you can make your own waffle. There was bananas and oatmeal and things to put in your oatmeal and cereal and plenty of syrup for the waffles and pancakes. Sausage was excellent. I did not try the eggs. I did find a roach, however, in the room and brought it to the staff attention at check out who said that they would have the exterminator out there 123. "

"In on the advisories the food was good and it was plentiful! We really like the instant pancake maker! Did not care for the rule and all of the signs advising no take away. Sometimes we like to bring our food back to our room to dine or sit outdoors. Most Continental buffets allow this."
