"Found a roach in our room. First time we’ve ever had that happen and we’ve stayed at multiple hotels on the island through out the years. First time at this hotel. Pool was very dirty. Oily top and full of dirt/grime. Did not seem to be kept up very well. Room had torn/ stained couch cushions, dirty floors, lock on bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast was pitiful. Waffle mix was watered down so it barely made an airy waffle. Powdered eggs that were watery and minimal options for...

"I was very disappointed in this hotel. We stayed here 3 years ago and it was wonderful. This time around the rooms were bad. The fridge was broken and when it was “replaced” the replacement was also broken. One of our rooms was missing a microwave. To me it was a bit overpriced for everything to either be broken or run down. I also miss the most simple continental breakfast. It seems all hotels are getting rid of those and making you pay for it separately."
