"The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Small warning, if you are traveling in the winter the bathroom was very cold. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Jeju City."

"Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Hotel Leo which has excellent staff members at front desk (met 4 different staff) especially Ms Helen who is so cheerful, helpful and wonderful in rendering multiple services e.g. helping with my smooth and efficient check-in, recommended of great food outlets and places to visit within the city areas, plus helping to write in Korean languages on the few places I wanted to go so that I can show to the bus or taxi drivers for clear directions. "We chose this hotel as it is very close to the airport and we have an early departure. There are many dining options and shopping malls within walking distances. The room is spacious and well equipped, and parking is easy. A minor issue is that the rooms are facing a busy street and some traffic noise can be heard."

"We were given advice to stay in Jeju-si which would allow us to day drip to various parts of the island. The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was helpful."
