"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though."
