"My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. "

"Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Hotel Leo which has excellent staff members at front desk (met 4 different staff) especially Ms Helen who is so cheerful, helpful and wonderful in rendering multiple services e.g. helping with my smooth and efficient check-in, recommended of great food outlets and places to visit within the city areas, plus helping to write in Korean languages on the few places I wanted to go so that I can show to the bus or taxi drivers for clear directions. "조식이 맛있고 고민 하다가 골랐는데 괜찮았어요. 다만 본관 바닥이 아직 카페트라 아쉬웠어요. 여름에는 물이 너무 차요 ㅠ ㅠ"

"酒店非常近機場，而且搭的士前往都很便宜及方便。酒店附近有很多食店，旁邊也有藥粧店。另外洒店隔離已經係樂天免稅店，記得留時間一逛因19:00關門。跟一天團多數都在酒店門口接送，十分方便。很高興洒店能夠安排高層房間可以看到機場飛機升降及海景。"

"This is the Best taugh of unit that we had the opportunity to stay at. We have stayed at more that 150 countries this is the best place to our taste that like overall. Highly recommended. If you don’t receive the log in instructions from hotels.com com, you will be in difficulty because the place in self check in and without instructions it can be quite intimidating. Really disappointed in Hotels.com they drop the ball on this on"

"한라산 등반 목적으로 렌털카 없이 2박 머물렀던 곳인데 공항과 가깝고 택시는 예약없이도 나오는 즉시 금방 탈수 있었음 호텔규모가 커서 호텔 자체 2층에 편의점이 있고 등산에 필요한 물과 음식들을 쉽게 구입할 수 있어 좋았음. 돌아오는 날 먹은 조식은 15000원인데 가격에 비해 음식이 다양해서 좋았음. 깨끗하고 편의성이 있으며 주변호텔 숙박비에 비해 가성비 좋음"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in a Suite Queen Room. Lots of restaurants on the streets outside and convenience store just next door. Initially struggled with the parking garage as never used one before but once figured it out was not a problem. The room was very spacious with a great view. The washing machine was an added bonus. "The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Small warning, if you are traveling in the winter the bathroom was very cold. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Jeju City."
