"Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to downtown and provides a lovely view of the Ohio River. Continental breakfast had very good selections. Wonderful that the historical building was repurposed rather than demolished and replaced with new construction. "

"For the price this is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The check in was easy. It was so clean and didn’t smell. Parking and our safety was perfect. Checkout was a breeze. "

"Beautiful property and very nice room. We had everything we needed and knew (from the book in the room) where to find additional supplies like ice, towels, etc. Within walking distance of the downtown, river, restaurants, coffee cafes, bars and shopping. Would most definitely stay here again."

"Very nice hotel on a hillside overlooking Madison. My room had a balcony. I wish I’d had more time to hang out on it. Breakfast was pretty standard but fine. Room was huge and clean. There is a bit of truck noise from the road heading over the bridge. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at I awhile. "

"This RRI has friendly staff at a well-maintained facility in a small-town location. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but all basic services were excellent. I plan to stay there again when I return to the Greater Louisville area."
