"Same breakfast everyday"

"I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel...

"Good location. Clean. Comfortable. Good value. Too much highway noise."

"One room the door didn’t lock, another room hole in bathroom wall, lights didn’t work. Check-in woman super pleasant and helpful. Breakfast limited, nothing to drink."

"Bathrooms are very small. Bathroom exhaust fan was horrendously loud; could not use it. Key card would not let us into our room. Desk clerk did not understand or speak English. Maintenance person was finally able to help; battery in door reader was dead. Poor maintenance was prevelant. Continental breakfast was poor; powdered eggs cut into cubes, stale cereal and bad milk. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
