The staff at the reception desk were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Specifically Abdalla, Asim and Duha. It’s refreshing to see young professionals doing their job so efficiently.

Amazing place to stay .
The stay at the hotel was amazing. The check in and check out was very smooth. Both the times the receptionist were very polite and cooperative. The breakfast was also well laid out and the staf was very friendly.The property is very well kept and the rooms are very spacious.

Really had nothing to complain about here with my stay. Service was fast and efficient, room was outstanding, clean and had fresh water, coffee machine and Teas. Lots of storage and amenities. I used the gym which was well equipped and had enough for a general workout during my visit. Breakfast has lots of options and extra available upon request which I did.

Great, but some things to work on...
The room was impressive in its size & its design (both aesthetic & functional) was of high quality. The food was very good quality. We met the chef & he clearly had a great pride in his work. It was however quite expensive for some of the items... The continental breakfast & the burger (when served in the room) stand out as slightly poorer value than others; tasty though! The airport pickup driver didn’t turn up & I therefore had an old-school cab ride! The concierge rescued it by paying the driver for me & not charging me, but then they were in my debt & awkwardly tried to make it up to me. Fine, but I would have been more impressed with a gift of some kind, perhaps a fruit plate? A free drink or dinner? Dinner service pleasant but very slow; to the point of mild annoyance, e.g., drinks not arriving until after the food. Again, the food was very good & had some variation from the room menu. The breakfast buffet was good, but the hot food counter was not very attentively manned; I was served on one day out of the three/four times I went down. The coffee machine was fine, but again, not very attentively looked after. Upon check-out I was told that they needed a bank account number to refund the balance on my room… this has never happened to me before & required assistance from my finance department, that probably greatly inconvenienced them. Recommend you pay as you go until this is sorted out. Overall, it was a good stay, but the service needs some improvement.

Good hotel but lounge access is misleading
Good hotel. Al-Baik right across. Breakfast was mediocre/poor for Saudi standards. And the exact same every day. Very few warm options. The pool remains men only. They give you lower level rooms when the hotel is not so occupied. And after asking for a higher floor room after the first night, I was given one, but it smelt musty and clearly not used in some time. My only issues were the price and the lounge. As for the price, I only stayed here because of the coronavirus umrah ban, and this 2-bedroom suite was more expensive than the Kaaba view 2-bedroom suite I had to cancel in the Pullman. Second, I also picked this place and room because of the "business lounge access". There is no business lounge. It is a barren room with some sofas, some drinks and coffee machine and some nuts. A business lounge is what you get at the Jeddah Hilton, with real food, fruits and service. I was extremely disappointed as the lounge access was one of my main drivers to book here. While the hotel was good, I would not stay here again.

This Radisson Blue Property is my best stay of all my stays in Jeddah for 1 year every other weekend. The location is significantly accessibile to all services and major roads. I can't thank the staff enough of their great service and hospitality. The staff is so friendly and cooperative. Also, they were very efficient. The room and the bed are amazing. The space of the room and the toilet are just perfect for short and long term stays including the cabinate size. Thank you Radisson blue Jeddah Al Salam.

This property is good! The room is comfortable and clean! Overall, I like it! It could’ve been better if they have valet service at the hotel main entrance, I find it unusual to have a 5 star hotel without valet parking! Also, i got delivery from outside and I asked the hotel staff to deliver to my room, they said they cannot as this is against the hotel policy, we have always stayed in 5 star hotels and get deliveries delivered to the room! So I had to go down to pick it up, weird! Regardless of all of these issues, this hotel is good!

Amazing room
The room was fantastic and large. I enjoyed staying in the room and at the hotel. The pool is a bit old and could be cleaned and maintained better. But the hotel is really nice and good service from arrival to leaving. Area a bit doll and stay away from the restaurant "the Larder" in the hotel as the cooking is really bad (wrong sauce, cold sauce to the steak and frozen stuff cake)
