"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "The property was the best we’ve ever stayed at. It was very handy for the town but in a very quiet spot. The owner was very friendly and informative. We had a very relaxing break and would highly recommend. "

"Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it"

"Fabulous house in a lovely location, it was perfect for long walks . The house is very roomy with fab decor. Close to a lovely restaurant we we popped in gor drinks and food a few times over the weekend. Will definitely return in the sumner months."
