"Had a wonderful one night stay for a special occasion. Our primary reason for visiting was the spa and it did not disappoint. We used it the afternoon of arrival and the following morning before breakfast. It was lovely in the cold and we hope to experience it in warmer weather too. We ate dinner in the hotel and it was very pleasant. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Only some minor feedback: I had a cocktail in the State Room and it was fantastic, and when ordering the same...

"Not much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!"

"The hotel has a large car park. The rooms were clean and warm. The hotel was taylored more for eating. The meals were excellent and the bar closed early after meals were finished. There were no casual bar customers. Pleanty of bars close by. The area was very safe and comfortable to walk around at any time..Nice friendly staff."

"We arrived very late in the evening about 9:30pm and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful. They recommended a local takeaway that delivered and allowed us to eat our food in the bar and have a drink. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back."

"Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. "
