"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use.
However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."
"You will be charged more than the listing and the amenities aren’t free- some listed amnesties aren’t available to you. The free massage chairs are hidden in the corner of the laundry room they’re old but it’s better than the lies- the very expensive breakfast lunch and dinner is bland but there’s alcohol to make up for the tasteless dishes and the view is nice. You don’t get what you’re paying for."
