"The room was clean and very comfortable and makes it a home away from home. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. I would have wish the check-in staff (whom I wish not to mention) could display more enthusiasm as a front-office staff with more courteous and politeness in his welcome. The room was booked under my profile for a staff of mine, but the attitude was slightly comes off as impolite the way he put certain remarks or wordings. Overall experience has been very pleasant. "

The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!"
