"Came here for the weekend. We absolutely LOVED our stay! Not much of a selection for breakfast, but thats because we didnt wake up early lol. We did not want to leave our hotel!! We will pick this hotel the next time we're in town. "

"My room was crawling with roaches, as was the entire hotel. There are roach traps set up in the lobby and by the elevators. The carpet in my room also had stains and were sticky in some areas. Breakfast was basic. They ran out of a lot of things like eggs, sausages, and waffle mix and would not replenish even though there was still 30 minutes left of breakfast service. This happened a few times. The hotel washer and dryer do not work. My clothes were soaking wet after an hour in the dryer. I gave up and brought it all back to my room to air dry. I'll be expecting a refund for this. Two of the front desk staff were quite rude when speaking to myself and a few other guests that I overheard. The trash cans on each floor were often overflowing, they clearly do not collect the trash daily. People would throw out their towels, bedding, dirty diapers, etc in the halls right by their doors and those would not be picked up until a day or two later. The fire alarm went off one morning for about an hour. The fire fighters and police arrived and they couldn't figure out why, they said it was possibly just a system failure. Hopefully this was just a one time thing, but it was a huge inconvenience and possibly dangerous if the alarm system was triggered in error. Overall, this place sucked. I've stayed in cheaper places that were better than this."

"My room was not cleaned properly but my linens were fresh. The mirror was spotty and there were grains of dirt and maybe crumbs on the floors and everything was so dusty, especially the clock by the bed and on top of the fridge. The computer chair was old and had a big hole in it. But if the room had been cleaned properly I would have fully enjoyed my stay. "
