This is a wonderful property however it is far from everything. It is only a few minutes from the entrance to Jasper but it is still almost 45 minutes to Jasper Town. The property itself is very nice...clean, quiet, beautiful. The only thing that I would change is the location. It too far from the popular hikes inside Jasper national Park and it is not close to groceries and gas stations and restaurants.

Mgmt was not on site and contacted in phone and took 3 calls to switch to cabin we wanted. There was no shower curtain in one of the cabins though they provided June when we asked. Hot water kept coming on and off in one of the cabins. Kitchen equipment was minimal with no wooden spoon to sauté anything or proper cutting board. On top of that they emailed me to say that they would charge $100 for leaving 3 plates from breakfast in the sink when I was not aware that we had to clean them as it was not mentioned at check in and not obvious as it’s not a air BnB just a regular hotel type property. Also nearest breakfast is 1 km away and is pricy. The drive to center of park and Jasper town is at least 40 mins.

We stayed in a spacious two bedroom cabin. It was clean and well stocked with cooking essentials. The only issue we had was the listing indicated there were barbecues on site. These turned out to be charcoal camping type stoves, not gas BBQ’s as expected. We felt this should be more clearly indicated on the website.

The property was clean and the staff were great. The only downside was the terrible shower head. Other than that I would recommend.

Nice property but don’t feel it is worth the price. Beds were not that comfortable. Small fridge and hot plate. They did have bbq outside which was charcoal. Not much to do there. Sit outside and watch other people check in and out.
