"The room was not very clean, the bed sheets were not the right size for the bed. There was barely any water coming from the wash basin. The breakfast was shocking, a basic range but the bread seemed as if it was stale and the there was not even a toaster. The location was nice, that is the only good thing I can say."

"Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. "The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice."

"Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C."
