"In the photos, the hotel seems luxurious, but in reality, it is not. Ostentatious furniture, which I assume cost a lot of money. The rooms have poor finishing and cracked walls .The water in the shower was merely lukewarm, even when set to the maximum temperature. The breakfast was tasty.There were many options for cold dishes, but for hot dishes, only sausages and scrambled eggs were available. "

"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there."

"Property looks exactly as post soviet times. Rooms are small and without any special amenities as a standard of old times. Food is average quality with limited choices. Spa area has small sauna. Pool is cool for kids. Location is great and parking big enough."
