"We were not offered a welcome cookie with our name on the board even though Hilton honors guests were listed both days. There were signs regarding a "warm welcome" cookie. A couple times I had questions there was no staff at front desk. Breakfast the second morning was moved to another location and price lowered. We did not know until after we had gone out for breakfast. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on arrival evening was very good and large portions. The location was within walking distance of several attractions."

"I was on the first floor, as I asked for an accessible rooms. There were 2 busloads of people leaving so it was a little noisy in the morning. But everything else was good. It's a great place to stay near Presque Isle."

"We live staying at this hotel when we are in Erie, very close to the mall and other shopping, close to dining as well. Very clean rooms, staff is always very attentive. They have the biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel and is also very good. We will definitely be staying again"

"We always stay on the club floor & this was the best by far! The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and nice. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Erie. The views were awesome, each restaurant we ate at within the connecting hotels had great food, and our room was spacious and clean."
