"For the price the resort served our needs. There were many stains on floor but all amenities worked as expected. My only concern was that I booked the rooms on line through Expedia. I requested rooms with two beds but when arrived was notified that they had booked a room with 1 bed. They did correct it but our 3 rooms were far apart. Also the site said they had an airport shuttle. I assumed it was free like most hotels. When I requested the shuttle at front desk, the employee pointed me to a man sitting in lobby. There was no mention of it costing. I tipped the driver for our literal half a mile ride. Then later via text I was notified that the shuttle cost $5 per person. If they were charging one would think you would notify what the cost is before letting us take the shuttle to airport. It kind of felt like I was blindsided as by time I received text we were in Miami"
