"It was clean. Only thing that really made me not want to go back was we were supposed to get a 634 credit when we got to the hotel. Never received it ! They gave us the run around until we just stopped asking. And our room had ants had to get bug spray for the time we were there. Food ok. Next time I think it will be a house rental with private chef. Met a lot of them while was there. And it will be much cheaper. Yes the resort got to keep over 1200 of our credit we were to receive."

"We loved the property and the whole experience. It was our first wedding anniversary and was above and beyond our expectations. The room and view was breathtaking. Staff was excellent. The food was delicious. And the availability of dining choices and times were ideal. The entertainment was top notch. We had the time of our life for five days. Keep up the good work. "Floors were slick after the rain which caused me to fall. Room floors were also very slippery, but clean. Staff comes in at odd hours and even during the late evening when you might be out and found my credit card and stole my numbers"

"My recent stay May 8 -13 at Deja Resort All-Inclusive with my family of five was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations. The customer service is second to none at Reservations (Nichelle-Ann, Kadian; Check-in desk (Lauryn, Male staff). While we were out and about there was an issue with two of our rooms and the check-in desk staff waited until we get back to solved the issues with excellent professionalism, a rare find, even in luxury establishments. The dining room was top-notch for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive who remembered my coffee order each morning. (Marie, Norida, Chevell, Crystal, and Dexter). Dinner at the Italian restaurant was exquisite, particularly the Alfredo Pasta with shrimp, grilled fish marinated in local spices. The service was impeccable, our waitress anticipated our every need. The location is perfect, a short stroll to Doctor’s Cave Beach but what truly set this hotel apart was cleanliness and the staff. A particularly memorable touch was the upstairs lounge fit for a evening relaxation with the panoramic views of the sea. This hotel offers a superior blend of comfort, service, and responsible tourism, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers. Tuesday night out door entertinment was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommended Deja Resort for travelers who appreciate both comfort and easy access to outdoor activities. Joye F. (Frequent traveler from Maryland)"

"Beautiful place to stay in Negril if you want to avoid the resort and get a more familiar experience right on the beach!! Everything was spot on can’t recommend this place enough hopefully I will visit soon at least once a year 😜"
