"Clean and comfortable accomodation, classy place comparable with 5* Hotels, if not better. Will be one of my favourite accomodation places in Ho Chi Minh. I have stayed in many luxury hotels in Ho Chi Minh, and this is comparable with most high end ones Near to locals area away from touristy area."

"Aura front desk and Hannah the breakfast staff are the absolute best . Can we talk about how tiny Aura is and I saw her helping a guest carrying a huge luggage to the car . The staff and the delicious breakfast every morning really made up for everything else . My dad and I booked a 2 bedroom and because the lights were broken we were put in the 11 & 12 in which I wish I had a view you know ? And a bathtub, a gym would be nice . However in the morning o made the most of it and went for a run...

"We had a great experience, perfect location. The rooms were very nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable. The rooftop bar was really cool. Staff very helpful and warm. Truly recommended!!"

"We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great. "

"Considering it's a very new hotel, they have ironed out all the kinks & everything ran smooth on our stay. The staff are so friendly & helpful. It's located in a great pocket of District 1, walking distance to all the city's attractions. The rooftop pool is also pretty good. If we ever come back to HCMC we will be staying here"

"Great staff from the second we stepped onto the property. They're customer service and hospitality is above and beyond! There were little things I've noticed that made our stay feel safe at all times. The outside staff was always aware. I was inside making change with the front desk while my wife was outside waiting to pickup food delivery. I saw her near the street talking to the delivery guys and in an earshot away, i noticed the outside staff was right there assuring her safety but not...
