"English language was limited by the hotel staff,but they were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check in/out was smooth and without any difficulty or concern. Only thing to be aware of is that they hold your passport for the duration of your stay, but that did not concern me and I got mne back without any issue. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. "

"Amazing place and location for a very good price! My room was exactly like the photos and they were very accommodating even when I checked in a little early. The host was very kind and the area was safe with a lot of activities. They offer room cleaning service everyday and it is optional. Communication was clear and friendly. There’s also a park within walking distance with a bus stop. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Saigon! "
