Linda was the BEST HOTEL MANAGER I've experienced in a while! Her concern to details and care for me while traveling from Puerto Rico is by far EXCELLENT! The rooms for the most part are clean, and the staff is friendly! Great location!

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel The room was bare and unwelcoming, there was roaches and the staff seemed nice when they were available, I asked for clean towels and was advised that they don't provide additional towels outside of the 2 washcloths and towels that were already in the room. I was so taken back I WILL NEVER stay in a InTown EVER again no matter the price. This was horrible and made my stay unconfutable DONT STAY HERE!! The one on Baymeadows in Jacksonville FL ugh! Nasty bathroom gross toilet - see bekow.

The room itself was okay, but my main issue was with the pricing and communication at the front desk. The weekly rate I saw online did not match the rate I was told in person when I tried to extend my stay, and I was asked to check out and pay an additional deposit even though I was still within my current paid week. The information given to me about rates and policy felt inconsistent and confusing, and I could not get a clear written breakdown when I requested one. Also, the lock on my door was loose and housekeeping access times were not clearly communicated. If you decide to stay here, I recommend confirming all pricing and room policies in writing before paying, to avoid misunderstandings.

Horrible experience. It's a good thing i was traveling for work without the family. The area is ok but this "hotel" is not. Dirty, unfriendly staff, weird guests, no front desk overnight, 2 weeks and no room cleaning service, range didn't work, carpet was filthy. Terrible!

There were roaches crawling on the walls and when I said something about moving my room or doing something about it they said they can’t do anything. Also the microwave pops sparks and doesn’t work. And the first time I hung my towel up on the towel rack it fell off the wall. The “security” are very nosey and stand outside of your room. Not a comfortable place to stay. Felt like I was at a trap house With no money coming.

Worst hotel ever

It worst experience of all of my hotel experiences it was nasty faucet was broken mold up underneath the kitchen sink mold in the corner of the room a used needle fell out from underneath the mattress floors were dirty table was literally falling off of the wall and the staff is really rude manager really doesn't care and they have a really butt wipe of a security guard and don't forget about the roaches bugs
